I’m so homesick!!! It really sucks. Like mom said, I knew it was going to be hard this weekend. But knowing it was going to happen doesn’t make anything more painful.

Yesterday we went on a bus ride to the ocean and walked some paths. It was sunny out – so nice to finally see the sun. The walk was very long and very hot but I enjoyed it. When we got back I went to supper and then back to my room. That was when I got very very very very very homesick for the Jamboree and my family in general. I went to the toga party but was too bummed out to enjoy myself. I left after a half-hour and read and texted Thayne and called Donna. I missed everyone so much… it’s so weird not being there.

Today is kind of just a lazy day, which means I have time to think, which means all I’m gonna think about it how much I miss everyone. I did play bullshit with some people and that was fun. I just need to keep busy to keep my mind off of things.

I can’t wait for class on Monday, believe it or not.
